I have resigned from the services of my existing company on March 11, 2015, via email, stating the actual reason for my inline manager's inhumane behavior. I marked the email to the HR head and MD of the company, not to the inline manager. I am on probation and have been working for 5 months. As per my appointment letter terms, I had mentioned that I would serve the 1-month notice period until April 10, 2015. However, to date, no one has acknowledged in any written form whether my resignation has been accepted or rejected. Today, I found out that my March 2015 salary has been put on hold. When I approached the HR Head, he said that my resignation has been accepted and that I will receive all the money on the F&F date. However, he remained silent when I requested that the company acknowledge my resignation in writing.
I wanted a smooth exit, but they are making things difficult for me. Please guide me on the steps I should take; my last resort will be taking legal action against the company. All I want is to be officially released on April 10, 2015, with all relieving certificates and F&F settlement on the same day.
Regards,
SC
