Can anyone please guide me about the future growth in HR recruitment? I'm working as an IT recruiter in the US, but I want to pursue my career in HR to secure jobs in all types of companies, not just in recruitment. Should I go for some certification/training in HR, an MBA, or SAP-HR? I'm confused. Please help me find training institutes in India that offer HR courses, training, and placements.
