Pension Fund Not Transferred After Job Change: How Can I Resolve This Issue?

My name is Ankesh Jain. I worked with the company for 26 months before resigning. My Provident Fund (PF) has been transferred to another company where I have worked. However, only my PF has been transferred, and my Pension Fund has not been transferred. Please suggest what I can do in this situation. I have already resigned from the second company, so please help me with this issue.

EPFO Annexure K and Pension Fund Transfer

Normally, the EPFO will prepare Annexure K for both PF and pension funds based on the receipt of Form 13. Hence, kindly inquire with the concerned Regional PF Office. If not, you may apply for a Scheme Certificate in Form 10C.
