Struggling with ECR Download Errors: How Can I Fix These Common Issues?

I am trying to download the ECR, the same as last month. There are no new joiners or leavers, but the following errors are showing. What do I do? Can anybody help me?

I believe you might have updated some numbers there. You need to remove them and file again. If you can share the text file or Excel file, it can be rectified.

Please update your EPF eReturn tool to version 6.0, then no errors will occur. I have updated it, and everything is running smoothly.

For the date of birth, e.g., 01-01-1989, there is limited space available. You need to move the arrow marks to add the data correctly.

Hi,

The valid date of birth should be in the dd/mm/yyyy format. For example, 01/01/2016. Then, try to check each error and list them. I think you can solve the problem yourself.
