Thanks S. Raghuram Sir,
I have gone through the link.But still I am not clear on Contributions as it also mentions the Voluntary pf deductions.More over also I have doubt on its applicability to contractors providing services in this sector.
Kindly Help me knowing the same.

Had gone through the attachment, further please elaborate the below:-
1. EFPS @ 2%:- is this deducted from employee? is this fixed? and its calculation?
2. Increment @3% of basic @ time of joining:- is this also fixed? and its calculation?
3. Admin charges @3%:- 3% on what? Who's going to bear it, the employer or the employee?
Also if possible please share Form PS-V, VV statement and the process for remitting CMPF (DD, A/C no. etc)

Resp. Pradipta Nath Ji,
1. EFPS @ 2% of Gross Amount is contributed by employer and still is fixed.
2. Increment @3% of basic @ time of joining: is as per Principal Employer declared/noticed
Example :-
'A' employeed joined at the time of Basic rate of wages is Rs.524/- and current month muster is 17 days.
The calculation of increment is 3% => Rs.524 x 17days = Rs.8908/- => Rs.8908/- x 3% = Rs.267/-
3. Admin charges @3% being bearable by Employer.
