The ESI amount is deducted from workers for ESI, but cards have not been issued for the last two years. Whom should I contact to file a complaint?

1. Sir, have you contacted the management of your unit regarding the ESI Identity Card? If so, what was their reply? Have you visited the appropriate Branch Office of ESIC for the preparation of the Identity Card/Pehchan Card along with your family members?

2. Otherwise, the appropriate Regional Director/Sub-Regional Office/Branch Office of ESIC to which your unit is registered is the right office for addressing the matter through representation or complaint.
