Do the Post graduate diploma in Industrial relations and personnel management
from Bhartiya vidya Bhavan 's. They have colleges in almost all major and two tier
cities.
It is one of the best courses ..even i have done the same course and i am satisfied
and it has helped me a lot in my career . It was a part time course of one year .
There are correspondence courses in IRPM from many universities you can even
check Madhurai kamraj / Annamali ...
