Dear Sir, Recently, our company analyzed the costs from the past year and observed that the expenses are much higher than the turnover. As a result, a decision was made to reduce costs across all segments, including employee salaries, daily expenses for general needs, and other areas. This led to a reduction in employee salaries and the termination of some employees from the organization.
