ESI Registration for Multi-State Operations: Do We Need Sub-Codes for Chhattisgarh?

I am working in an organization and handling HR activities. My question is if an organization has an ESI registration number at their head office in Delhi and is deploying their labor to another state (Chhattisgarh), do they need sub-codes? Also, can they avail state facilities?

1. Sir, you can apply for a sub-code number under the ESI Act, 1948, to the Regional Director/Sub-regional Director, ESIC, Chhattisgarh, under whose jurisdiction the office of your unit is located in the areas of Chhattisgarh.

2. If you need to send any of the covered employees on a tour to an outside station, you can issue Form No. ESIC-105 (Certificate of Employment to IP proceeding to outstation).
