Epfo-form 5f - Pdf Download

Hi Team,
we have received message from epfo-i.e --Please update UAN Data for left over members, Form-5F data.
Please give the details of 5F. And send the attachment file.

I would like to inform you that, EPFO may asking the copy of Form 5, which you already submitted to the EPFO. At present all the employers are submitting their returns through online only, if it is the case there is no necessity of filling Form 5.
I think EPFO may asking the Form 5 for before the online period.
In your post you have not mention, which Month & Year of Form 5 EPFO is asking.
