Confused About EPFO's KYC Update Request? Let's Clarify Together

Hi Team, we have received the message from EPFO, i.e., "Please upload KYC details, i.e., bank account numbers, in addition to Aadhaar details in respect of all members existing or left immediately for updating UAN. Please clarify the above message. If any file is required for this, please send the attachment."

To proceed, you need to upload a KYC text file containing all details of the employee. The key changes required are in the "DOCUMENT NO" and "DOCUMENT TYPE" fields. Under "DOCUMENT TYPE," you have two options: 1) bank, and 2) Aadhar card. For the "DOCUMENT NO," please input either the bank or Aadhar card number. All other details should remain the same.
