All India Cite HR Meet - January 2008

Hi Guys,
Everyone knows that, there are CHR meets are happening locally organised by small group of HR fraternities. Though some of us gained good experience in orgnaising such events locally, but it is sad to know that it is helping few people only who are based at the place where the event is being organised.
Many HR fraternities from other locations are also showing interest to participate in such events, but unfortunately they were not able to join, because such event are not happening in their location. To help such people from other locations, and to have a grand gala event of Cite HR members at one place to meet and share the thoughts and experiences why don't we orgnaise an ALL INDIA CITE HR MEET if everyone from all over India supports and shows interest

It is the same thing Sumi is starting.
Sumi, It is really great idea, lets join hands together, we are all from one site.

I have already collected 95 members responses and Bombay, Bangalore have already conducted meets.
Delhi is planning to keep meets in 27/10/2007. Pune is also planning to have meets very soon and same with ahmedabad.

I didn’t see the post you have mentioned. Whereas from your message I understand that you are coordinating and intimating the people about the Cite HR meet which is happening locally. Is it correct?
Actually my idea is like all the Cite HR members from all over India meeting at a common place. If everyone cooperates and take up some responsibility we can do it.

Hi Sanjukta,
Sorry I mispelt your name in my earlier post. Thanks for your update. However, for me the participants come as second priority. Because though people say now that they will be attending the meet, finally when the event happens, everyone will have thier own reason for not attending it. First let us plan for organising the event like date, venue or location, key speakers, budget etc., then we can appraoch the participants very easily.
But the interested participants please do message us about your participation. Based on that we can plan the event.
