Bhavesh - Clearly, ones in Marathi and the other in Gujarati. Considering Gujarat is not part of Bombay (now referred to Mumbai and a city while Gujarat is a state), the city in Gujarat that you are working/setting up in will have it's own Shop and Establishment norms.
There is no Gujarat shop and establishment act.
Bombay shop act applies to Gujarat.
However, the rules enacted by both states are different.
You need to look at the local state rules and act accordingly.
