Claiming Provident Fund

I have worked with an organisation for 1 year 1 month. i have left the organisation 8 months before. now i want to claim provident fund from the company. will i get the entire amount of employee as well as employer contribution or i am eligible for part payment?

Yes. You will get both the amount from EPFO. Download the form 19 and 10c, sign it attesting 2 no's of 1/- revenue stamp with cancelled bank cheque leaf and submit it to your employer. They are supposed to authorize it and submit it to PF office with in 5 days. The payment will be credited to your bank account in min 5 days to maximum 20 days.

Thank u Stephen. But they have asked me to submit just Form 19. They said I am not eligible for Pension fund amount so Form 10 C us not required to be submitted by me. what can i do in this case

Thank u so much for your guidance. it helped me. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to question my emoloyer. They agreed on the point that I am eligible for both.
