Can I Claim the Full Provident Fund After Leaving My Job 8 Months Ago?

nehasingh0207@gmail.com
I have worked with an organization for 1 year and 1 month. I left the organization 8 months ago. Now, I want to claim the provident fund from the company. Will I receive the entire amount of both employee and employer contributions, or am I eligible for partial payment?

Yes, you will receive both the amounts from EPFO. Download Form 19 and Form 10C, sign them, and attach two 1/- revenue stamps along with a canceled bank cheque leaf. Submit these documents to your employer. They are supposed to authorize them and submit them to the PF office within 5 days. The payment will be credited to your bank account in a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 20 days.

Thank you, Stephen. However, they have asked me to submit just Form 19. They said I am not eligible for the pension fund amount, so Form 10 C is not required to be submitted by me. What can I do in this case?

Thank you so much for your guidance; it helped me. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to question my employer. They agreed on the point that I am eligible for both.
