One employee has left my organization. Initially, he worked as a chemist, and after two years, he worked as a works manager. I am confused about how to draft his appointment letter.

Actually, I am also confused about your question. You have written "Experience Letter Format" in your subject, and you are asking for how to make his appointment letter. Why do you want to make the appointment letter now after 2 years? Or I think you want to prepare an experience letter. Is it? 🤔
