one employee left my organization initially he worked as a chemist then after 2 years he worked as a works manager.
i am confused how to make his appointment letter

Actually i also confused about ur question, u have written Experience Letter Format in ur subject and u r asking for how to make his appointment letter, why u want to make the appointment letter now after 2 yrs or i think u want to prepare experience letter
