Gratuity Payment Release: How Long Should It Take After Court Dismissal?

Company deposited the amount while going for an appeal against the Assistant Commissioner's order. Now, the Industrial Court has dismissed the appeal and ordered the release of payment subject to appeal/writ petitions. What is the time limit for the release of payment?
