Why are you asking the OP to give you a copy of his book for free? He has taken the time to write this book and has every right to expect payment for his efforts. When I checked today, it was being sold for A$1.27, which is about 60 rupees. Is that a lot of money to pay for potentially useful information?

Sadly, many people have no regard for the livelihoods of others and expect everything for free. This is why there is so much illegal copying of copyrighted materials. Authors deserve to be compensated for their work.

If you were to write a book, would you share it for free with everyone here at CiteHR instead of making money from it? NO, I think not.

Overview of the Book

I have divided this book into five chapters. The first chapter is a detailed description of VMAGO - how to formulate and execute them. The second chapter is about the PDCA Methodology to achieve the VMAGO. The third chapter is on BPR - Business Process Reengineering. The fourth chapter is titled "Career Progression and Requisite Parameters." In this chapter, there is an illustration of the types of people required at various levels of the organization and what they should possess. The fifth chapter includes stories of business houses or individuals: How they have changed the world?

This book is a result of my 15 years of experience within the industry, from manufacturing to service sectors. As a quality management system professional, I have been fortunate to work across various domains of businesses.

It's not about the amount. Anyone will not mind paying even 600 rupees for a good book. But, as a matter of fact, we are living in a different era.

Alternative Revenue Models for Authors

1) Selling books to readers for a fixed amount is an old concept. There are different ways of making money even if you provide it free to your readers. Maybe by taking some company's case study as an example and in lieu of that ask for some sponsorship from the company. Something like image placement may be! Had free been such a bad idea, we wouldn't have all Google content for free. I am sure that Google owners do not have a problem with livelihood.

2) The author can also make it available for "Freemium." You put a price on the content that you think is premium and worth paying for and make all other content free so that more and more readers enjoy your work.

PS: Please don't take my comments personally. I am trying to explore if there is a way for book authors to provide content for free and still make money!
