Why are you asking the OP to give you a copy of his book for free??
He has taken the time to write this book, and has every right to expect to be paid for his efforts.
When I looked at it today, it was being sold at A$1.27 which is about 60 rupees. Is that a lot of money to pay for what could be useful information??
Sadly, many people have no regard for the livelihoods of other people, and expect to have everything free. That is why there is so much illegal copying of copyright materials. Authors are entitled to be paid for their work.
If you were to write a book, will you share it free of charge with everyone here at CiteHR, instead of making money from it?? NO, I think not.
