What is the time limit for submission of Form 5A under the PF & MP Act 1952?

Will non-filing of Form 5A stop us from generating the monthly challan?

There was a warning email issued by EPFO yesterday, asking all employers to file Form 5A by March 31, 2015.

Deadline for Filing Form 5A

It is mandated that the deadline for filing the return in Form 5A is fixed as 31st March 2015. Failure to file the said return online by 31st March 2015 will amount to non-submission of the statutory return and also render the defaulting establishment liable for action as provided under Section 14 of the Act. As per my knowledge, it is 30th March 2015.
