I have submitted my PF withdrawal form on August 11 at chennai Tambaram branch I checked the following link

Three days later it was changed to payment through check I didn't initiate the payment via check but it is changed automatically. Can you help on this ?
I never updated my bank details in UAN account now it was updated automatically after my claim submission. But the IFSC code was wrong.
I am sure I gave the correct IFSC code. I am damn sure that the IFSC code I have provided is correct.

Can anyone let me know whom to contact on this ?

Should I wait or file complaint ? if so where to file complaint.
