Dear All,
The EPFO has revised the Administrative charges from 1.10% to 0.85% w.e.f. 01st January, 2015. Please see the notification.

Thanks, Mr. PBS Kumar for posting this circular on site. Can you please help me in getting the link of this circular on EPF website or Labour's website please, as I tried to search the source of this circular from the site but was not able to.
Even I contacted at PF office (helpdesk) but only got the reply that they do not have online information of this till now.

Can any body clarify the following mentioned in the act.
"subject to a
minimum sum of seventy-five rupees per month for every non-functional establishment having no contributory member and five hundred rupees per month per establishment for other establishments."

Thank you Pbs kumar. It was really useful information.
I have a doubt here. In the circular it is mentioned that it will be effective from Jan 1, 2015. But already we have made the payment for Jan & February. What about these 2 months extra admin charges that we paid?

As per the EPFO notification the details are attached here.
Employer has to pay the balance amount for Jan & Feb 2015 under "Challan Entry" available in the Employer E-Seva.

how to revise 2 months chalan?? becasue we already filled for 2 months.

You have to pay the balance amount month wise. The option is available for selecting the month of Jan 2015 or Feb 2015.
First you have to select the "Challan Entry Mode" => Select the ADMIN Charges => Select the required month {Employer E-Sewa}

Detail of revision as under:-
Previous Rule:-
Two Conditions:-
1. No Employee :-minimum Rs. 5 in A/c 2 and Rs. 2 in A/c 22.
2. Others:- 1.1% in A/c 2 and 0.01% in A/c 22.
New Rule:-
Two Conditions:-
1. No Employee:- minimum Rs. 75 in A/c 2 and Rs. 25 in A/c 22
2. Others:- .85% or Rs. 500 which is higher in A/c 2 and 0.01% or Rs. 200 which is higher in A/c 22
