Facing Health Challenges at Work: Should I Take Legal Action for Unfulfilled Commitments?

General Discussion
I worked at an IT company. I have been dealing with health issues in the company environment. My doctors advised me to reduce working hours, but I couldn't comply with that at work. That's why I resigned from my position. The company did not provide me with a notice period due to my health issues and released me from their services. However, the company has not issued me a work experience certificate or honored the bonus commitment made during my appraisal (they do not provide any proof of the committed bonus, it is simply credited to the employee's account every six months) and has not given any satisfactory explanation. Should I take any legal action against the company? Please advise me.
