Good initiative, Damodharan. However, my suggestion is to join a consultancy and work there for a few months until you gain practical exposure. This will help you in evaluating operational efficiencies.

Excellent information to start a very concrete consultancy. In this case, a PEST analysis will be very useful for you. Since we are trying to enter a very competitive market, we have to analyze our competitors and their SWOT.
