Struggling with Manual Attrition Reports? Seeking an Auto-Update Solution!

I am currently using a daily attrition report where I need to maintain data from different wings date-wise, the main dashboard, team-wise dashboard, and a raw file for detailed separation information. All of these tasks require manual maintenance. Could anyone share a report with me that can be automatically updated from the main employee list?

Thank you for your ideas. I have identified some new areas from your list that could be useful in enriching my report. I am maintaining the entire report in Excel format. However, I update individual pages where I track the date-wise manpower status along with attrition percentage, team-wise attrition percentage, detailed information on separated/resigned employees, and the main dashboard. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide me with a sample.
