Resume Length Dilemma: How Many Pages Should an Assistant Manager's CV Be?

How many pages should be made for a standard resume of an Assistant Manager in HR & Admin? Somebody said that a standard CV/resume should not be more than 3 pages. Please advise me.

Resume Clarity Over Length

Not the question of pages! A resume demands clarity in the briefest possible manner. There are no prescribed rules for drafting a resume.

Resume Length for Professionals

A professional resume ideally should be 1 or 2 pages if the experience is within 10 years. At most, the length can extend to 3 pages.

Please remember:
- A concise resume is always better than a lengthy one.
- Avoid mentioning repetitive Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Instead of listing your day-to-day activities, focus on highlighting your achievements.
