I am stuck on a question while filling out form 10C: "Are you availing pension under EPS-95?" Could anybody help me with this issue? Please let me know if you need further clarification or assistance.
I don't know why you are stuck on the 12th query of Form 10C, "Are you availing pension under EPS-95?" Form 10C is either for a Scheme certificate or withdrawal benefit based on our own contributions to EPS. However, one can also avail of PF pension through the membership of a spouse (widow/widower pension), parents (child pension), or any other member (nominee pension).
Dear Prasanna Diwan, PPO is the abbreviation of Pension Pay Order. This is applicable if you are availing pension in any of the above categories. If not, the answer "No" will suffice.
