The PowerPoint presentation on conflict resolution is very useful and handy. I am still looking for tools that address issues such as resolving internal conflict as distinct from external conflict. Tools to cope with emotional conflict and ego conflict as exclusive inputs would be very helpful in a contextual situation. I would appreciate your efforts if you come across such resources and share them.
