The ppt on conflict resolution is very useful and handy. I will still look for tools addressing issues such as resolving Internal Conflict as distinct from External Conflict. Tools to cope with emotional conflict and ego conflict as exclusive inputs shall be very helpful for a contextual situation. I shall appreciate your attempts if you come across somesuch things and share them.
