Can I Empower Friends with Speech Challenges Through Photography? Seeking Advice

I have a thought to teach and employ friends who cannot speak due to factors beyond their control. I'm a photographer and willing to share my knowledge and set up a small team, which could benefit all, making the guys self-sufficient.

Can you tell me if this is possible?
