I want to be there, but my problem is how can I hire candidates without any portal, and they won't be able to invest in consultancies. I have read your conversations and then posted ads on various free sites like Quikr, OLX, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine, but there is no response. I don't even receive any calls regarding my ads from interested candidates. Yes, I have recommendations and some contacts, around 20, through Quikr. That's why I am here, but it's not enough, as you know very well. So, how can I hire? If you have any suggestions or opinions, please describe here. I want my future in the HR field.
