jigs.adhyaru@gmail.com
Hi, can someone inform me what the act is if management engages in misconduct with employees? Do employees have the right to ask if they find their superior is misbehaving with them?

Yes, he can file a complaint before the Grievance Committee in the organization formed in accordance with Section 9C of the Industrial Disputes Act. In the absence of such a committee, he can raise it before the HOD/Manager superior to your immediate superior who is misbehaving or the CEO/Managing Director.

When you post a question of this type, it is always a good idea to include complete details. Management misconduct with employees is a very vague term that can have different meanings. Each of the conditions may come under a different act, rule, or procedure.
