Accountability of HR in mfg. sector and what are the focused activities?

I am working in a manufacturing unit in the HR department. I want some help from you all. I want to know what the accountability of human resources is in the manufacturing sector and what the focused activities are, such as the problems HR faces and the action plan for addressing these concerns.

Recruitment - number of recruitments, calls, shortlisted candidates, and closures within scheduled time.

Training - number of training programs planned, conducted, and successful.

Performance Appraisal - number of individuals appraised, received an appraisal, procedure followed, etc.

Likewise, there are many topics in HR for which you are accountable. You must follow a process, maintain the data, and produce it whenever required.

The plan of action depends on the situation, which you can handle by proper analysis.
