I came to know from various sources that a recruiter takes only 7 seconds to shortlist a resume. Is this correct? If so, what is the logic behind this kind of selection? And if a person is to be selected based on this principle, what is the fault of a person, experienced and without a good resume? Please help and send me a sample resume for a Manager HR.
