I want to start Housekeeping company.
Kindly Advise me on the licence and Registrations Recquried for housekeeping company. Am I liable to be enrolled under EPF & Esi at the initel stage .the estimated rates to be quited for housekeeping contract.

Hi,
If you are going to start with more than 20 people then you will definitely need PF. ESI will have to be considered without fail if the gross salary is less than 15,000 per month in some states. so check it up. You will have to register for service tax for sure.
For rates you have to analyse your competitors in your city
