Feeling Stuck in a Public Sector Job: How Do You Stay Updated on HR Trends?

Dear Seniors, I joined a Public Sector organization 2 years ago, but I have noticed a lack of training programs within the organization. I feel like I am becoming stagnant and would appreciate your suggestions. Could you recommend any magazines that I should read regularly to stay updated on new developments in HR?

I would like to recommend reading the Labor Law Reporter, which is a very good magazine.
