Can an Employee Use All Earned Leave After an Accident? Seeking Advice for 127-Day Absence

Hi, I just wanted to know what the rule is in the case of earned leave for an employee who has met with an accident. He has a balance of 150 Privilege Leave. Can he be allowed to take full leave as he has been absent for around 127 days? We are a private limited company. Please advise.

Of course, you can adjust his balance leave; otherwise, you will have to pay him in full and final. So, it's better to give it to him now instead of giving it in his full and final settlement.
