Can Employer Verify Previous Employment History While Linking Pf With New Uan No Using New Mobile No?

Please Suggest me for My UAN Portal Maintained Because My UAN No. is one But This Uan No. added in two PF Account One of Old Pf Account and Second is Current Company So please how maintained my UAN Account (Old PF to New PF Transfer) or any suggestion send me

Previous employment can be searched with previous uan no if new joined employee does not provide previous uan or pf number then uan will be shown to new company while creating new uan if adhaar is linked if adhaar is not linked then previous number will not be shown,there is not matter of using mobile number.

Hi 1)My UAN No is aadhar seeded but I don't
want to show that UAN no to new employer , if i hide that uan no from new employer how Will he find out or what's the message the employer will receive while creating new UAN?
2)Similarly how can I remove KYC like Adhar from UAN no
