its a very nice contribution of urs. While i was in India i used and created so many forms related to ESI and PF, beceause these kind of forms makes work easy and user friendly.

Kindly suggest a book or website where i can read the procedure in order to help employees get their benefits from ESI. For Eg. if an employee is sick, what is the procedure to be followed.
