How to Register PF UAN Number and Upload Employee Data - Complete Guide

How do I enter employee data in the PF portal for the first time? Also, how can I generate the PF UAN number - is it manually done or system-generated like ESI?

As an employer, how can I input the employee details for the first time in the PF portal, including the UAN number? Please advise urgently.

After the EPFO Code allotment, the username and password will be sent to the registered mobile number. Using the date provided, you have to log in to this web ID - [Employer e-Sewa](http://esewa.epfoservices.in/). You have to upload the data as per the ECR Format available here.

You can find out the UAN through this ID by simply entering the exact EPF Number of the Member - [Check UAN Status](http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/check_uan_status.php).
