How Can I Transfer My PF to a New Company Without Withdrawing It?

Hi team, I have a PF UAN number from my previous company. I recently joined another company 15 days ago. I am not interested in withdrawing my PF, so how can I transfer the PF to my new company with the same number? How do I update the same number in the records of my new company? Please advise.

I am experiencing the same problem. Please answer: Should we submit the existing UAN number available with us to the new employer, or should we obtain a new one from the new employer?

How to Transfer Your PF to a New Company

To transfer your PF, you should provide your UAN or previous PF Code to your new company. The HR of the new company will link your previous UAN number to the new PF code. However, for this process, your date of birth (DOB) and name should match exactly.

To transfer your PF amount to a new company, you can use Form 13 of PF. Then your amount will be transferred to the name of the other company.

You can log in to the UAN Member portal. There, you can check your eligibility for claim transfer by updating your previous and present employer EPF details. Then, you can transfer online through your present or previous employer as opted by you.
