I have recently completed my M.B.A. in HR through distance learning. Now, I want to pursue a HR-related computer course such as SAP or Oracle. Which one is more suitable for HR, and currently, which course is in demand in the market for building a successful career in HR? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Both are equally good, but it depends on the industry in which you are interested. For example, SAP is commonly used in the pharmaceutical and many manufacturing industries today. So, first, decide on your sector and then assess the market for the same.
