Online Epf And Esi

hi i want knowledge of online epf and esi all trancation.as per himachal labour law.i am working as HR Asst in himachal pardesh.pls help me urgently

1. Sir, both EPF MPs Act, 1952 and ESI Act, 1948 are Central laws and has no relevancy with so called "Himachal Labour Law" as you have mentioned.
2. It will be more better if you study and examine above Acts and also download relevant material from the websites of above Central Organisations, study and examine the same.
3. If after going through the above Acts and rules/regulations framed thereunder and other literature after downloading the same from relevant websites, if you feel any doubt, then you can mention and raise the same in this Cite for comments from the seniors/experts.

After passage of 10-15 days do generate 'Remittance Confirmation Slip'; that means your remittances have reached PF office.
After passage of 10-15 days of remittance of last month of each contribution period (March / September) generate half year return print. It is not required to be submitted, but it will be for your information. If all six remittances are reflected in the return, then you have no issues. But remittances do not get reflected in the print, then you need to bring the same to the notice of authorities thru letter with supports. At times though you remit the contributions, they do not get credited to your account due to SBI bungling.
