Understanding EPF and ESI Online Transactions under Himachal Pradesh Labor Law

Hi, I want knowledge of online EPF and ESI transactions as per Himachal Pradesh labor law. I am working as an HR Assistant in Himachal Pradesh. Please help me urgently. Thanks in advance.

1. Sir, both the EPF MPs Act, 1952, and ESI Act, 1948 are Central laws and have no relevance to the so-called "Himachal Labour Law" as you have mentioned.

2. It would be better if you study and examine the above Acts and also download relevant material from the websites of the above Central Organisations, study, and examine the same.

3. If, after going through the above Acts and the rules/regulations framed thereunder, and other literature downloaded from relevant websites, you have any doubts, you can mention and raise them on this site for comments from seniors/experts.

After the passage of 10-15 days, generate the 'Remittance Confirmation Slip'; this indicates that your remittances have reached the PF office.

After the passage of 10-15 days following the remittance of the last month of each contribution period (March/September), generate a half-year return print. It is not required to be submitted, but it is for your information. If all six remittances are reflected in the return, then you have no issues. If the remittances are not reflected in the print, you need to bring this to the attention of the authorities through a letter with supporting documents. Sometimes, even though you remit the contributions, they do not get credited to your account due to SBI errors.
