Good afternoon to all, My name is K.C. Gopalakrishnan. I have completed an MBA in HR and Marketing. I have recently joined a manufacturing company as a fresher. They are providing training in the SAP HR module. I am new to this field and starting without any prior experience. I have been selected for SAP HR, and I am feeling anxious about my future. I am aware that SAP offers a promising career path. Is it advisable for me to begin my career with SAP HR as a fresher?

I don't have anything specific to SAP HR modules, but you can look forward to learning when they train you. Apart from that, from your company's new colleagues (HR Dept.), you can learn new things in HR like statutory compliances, employee engagement activities, rewards and recognition, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits administration. Approach all the concerned individuals in the HR department and slowly, steadily learn from them. Do not forget to take notes when they describe these important aspects.
