Risk assessments on storage tanks, chiller, boiler & reactor then which type of risk assessment i have to do?

sir, we have so many risk assessments, like HAZOP,HARA,HIRA,JSA&FTA Etc.,.
Then basically have to do risk assessment on Product, i am totally confused which type of risk assessment i have to do.
Then coming to risk assessments on storage tanks, chiller, boiler & reactor then which type of risk assessment i have to do..
Please clarify my doubt, i have to start the risk assessments of above things.

How to give rate for the respective potential Hazard i.e., 5,4,3,2,1.
