My room mate has worked in a startup let's company 'A' for 2 year 4 months. Then he has gone home and joined a company 'B' for 6 month contract. again he returned back here and joined a company 'C'. It is a small MNC . At the time of joining , The opening was for 3+ years of experience but he was only 2 years 10 months exp. So, first he did one mistake that he said that total experience(2 year 10 months) was from company A (because no body will give preference if he write company B in resume. ). As well as he also submitted one 3 months fake document from as per first he was contract employee of company A for 3 months then permanent for 2 years 10 months. as well as he also said company shut down recently that's why he is leaving the company. Company C has done 3 rd party verification and he asked his friend to verify through mail and his friend did it. So he is working there happily till now for approx 3 years.
Now he got selected it a IT giant which require NSR. He is thinking to put all the details which are original for company A company B and company C. But he has submitted wrong details in Company C. He has all the certificates like offer letter , exp letter from previous company. I have two questions:
1).Do NSR people will ask from his current company(comp C ) that which was his previous company(about company A). (total experience and previous company )
2). A company like TCS , Wipro, Accenture they ask about the previous company details from the current employer.?
He is in depression. And I am worried as I have referred him in this IT giant. All HR knows me.
He can remove his fake detail of those 3 months. as well as he can tell here about company C. or he should drop the idea to join this new company.
Please reply ASAP as he has to put down the papers in the current company.
