Struggling with ECR File Upload Error 001: How Can I Fix the Format Issue?

Issue with ECR File Upload: Error 001

While uploading my ECR file, I am encountering a problem with Error 001. The lines are not in the correct ECR format, which should have 25 fields separated by #~#. This issue is occurring on multiple lines, starting from line number 1 through line number 14.

I need assistance on how to correct this error. Please advise on the necessary steps to rectify this issue efficiently.
