A very nice compendium of preparation points arranged in a good sequence.
In my experience there are two more areas that cause butterflies in the stomach.
First one. People are sceptical about their lack of fluency in the language.
They can certainly work on this in advance to gain confidence.
Break big ideas into small sentences or some bullet points.
Second one. Whatever is presented a presenter should be thorough about his subject.
In the audience he can expect all sorts of people.
Two important classifications: Those who support and those who oppose a thought.
The presenter should try to garner the support to his advantage.
In a tight situation encourage them to speak as you mentally gather your own points.
