I need your valuable suggestion.
I work in one of the leading security company as a Sr. Executive-HR. We have been facing that several inspectors come to our client site,and give the inspection/infraction report.It ranges from minimum wages to contract labour to payment of gratuity Act and so on....In many cases,we have only 2-3 staffs at client location.
Kindly give your valuable inputs how to maintain statutory registers in accordance with law keeping in view of cost benefit analysis.
