Dear Sri S.R Balaji, as I browsed through this thread again, some new thoughts flashed in my mind. You have posted a large number of 'Attachments' which have created an astounding number of downloads. In chaste Hindi, one way of praising a person is to call him LAKHON MAY EK (one in a lakh). In your case, Cite HR has a contributor whose contributions have crossed seven lakh downloads. So we all can say "HAMARE SAATH MAY EK SAATH LAKHWALLAH BE HEY!!!"
