Pf Withdrawal Querry

Hi Everyone,
My query is all about PF withdrawal, 4 years back i worked with a company where i have been provide with PF benefits, once after resignation i have applied for PF same has been processed and PF payment was done but unfortunately given bank account has got closed, so kindly can anyone guide me how to withdraw the PF amount again - Regards Simon.

If bank a/c has been closed then not PF deposit to this a/c. then you contact to PF department and give your another current bank cancel cheqe for deposit PF.

Your query is unclear
Payment got made means what ?
The cheque was issued ?
Was it credited by ECS ?
Was it deposited by you ? Is it lying with you ?
If the cheque is with you, procedure is discussed many times on this forum. Use the search button.
If the money is deposited, the bank can not close the account without returning the money to you. So there is a mismatch here that is unclear.

You can confirm the status of the payment of EPF dues through PF Office, if payment is processed confirm with the Bank.

If the bank a/c was closed the payment is not credited and nearest office of PF can guide further...

Please cheque status of your claim on the PF portal, If it shows PF settled and payment under process, Please contact PF office with print shot of status and inform them the new bank a/c in writing. PF office will issue you one form, fill the details in the form, PF will be credited in the new A/c.

I have a little different issue. The current status of my withdrawal claim is 'Claim has been settled'. I got a response from PF grievance portal saying that the amount has been credited to my account through a cheque 25 days ago. When I checked with the bank they said there is no such credit through any cheque. I have the cheque number provided by the PF dept. Money is not credited in my account yet. Can anyone tell what could be the problem/issue here? What can be the solution to this?
