We have a Salary account with Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) for over 200 employees. According to the MD's order, we need to close all OBC accounts. Please advise me on how to proceed with the account closure process.
If you are changing the bank where your employees' salary accounts are going to be functional, then once the new accounts are operable, the Finance Manager of your company will have to issue the bank (OBC) a letter requesting closure. Alternatively, you may contact the Branch Manager of the bank and ask them for the procedure.
