Hi, I am an HR professional in an IT firm in Navi Mumbai. We are just 2 years old. We want to recruit a few candidates who are experienced and also someone who will be taking care of admin-related activities. Could anyone suggest the best possible source for recruiting candidates? Will job portals like Naukri, Monster, etc., help me, or should I go for local placement agencies? Please suggest...

You can try websites like Naukri, Careerage, Monster, Shine, etc. Along with this, you can plan a day and open the walk-in interview for candidates. This turns out to be more successful as all the candidates walk in; you can screen them. Since this is also pre-planned, ensure all levels of management are available.
